These days, I work with people who are ready to stop people-pleasing, make peace with food and their bodies, and finally exhale after years of holding it all together. My clients tend to be thoughtful, empathetic, and maybe a little too good at being the “strong one.” Sound familiar?
My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and a little bit funny — because therapy should feel human (we are human, after all!) We’ll talk about the hard stuff, sure, but we’ll also laugh, celebrate tiny wins, and find moments of lightness along the way.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. You just need a space that feels safe enough to show up as yourself — messy, brave, beautiful, human you.

My mission as a therapist is to create a space where you can be real—no filters, no pretending, no pressure to have it all together. I believe therapy works best when it feels human: compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity.
Here, I strive to help you make sense of what’s been keeping you stuck—whether it’s anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or the weight of always trying to keep it together—and support you in building the confidence, clarity, and self-trust to move forward.
I don’t do quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice - you can always Google those! My goal is to help you slow down, get curious about your patterns, and make changes that actually stick through a mix of evidence-based practices, a healthy dose of humor, and well-timed reality checks (we all can use a call-out every now and then)!
