If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right, yet everything still feels wrong, and running on empty — constantly worrying, second-guessing, or putting everyone else first — I get it. Honestly, I’ve been there too.
These days, I work with people who are ready to stop people-pleasing, make peace with food and their bodies, and finally exhale after years of holding it all together. My clients tend to be thoughtful, empathetic, and maybe a little too good at being the “strong one.” Sound familiar?
My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and a little bit funny — because therapy should feel human (we are human, after all!) We’ll talk about the hard stuff, sure, but we’ll also laugh, celebrate tiny wins, and find moments of lightness along the way.
