Intentionally restricting your intake, exercising to “make up” for eating certain foods, becoming preoccupied with your weight or how your body looks, and avoiding different types of foods (does not include for medical conditions) are common signs that you or someone you love may have an eating disorder. You may feel trapped and think “if I just do x, y, z thing” or reach X milestone, it’ll go away. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. However, we can break the cycle and help you rebuild your relationship with food, exercise, and your body so you can enjoy life again!

To help you recover from an eating disorder, we’ll first look at your unique cycle - thoughts, beliefs, restrictions, etc. Over time, we’ll work together to challenge these and rebuild your sense of self, confidence, and rewrite the narrative in your mind that you have to look a certain way to experience happiness! It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, but the recovery process and breaking the eating disorder cycle is worth the work.

I’m ready when you are - we’ll take this journey together
